I have been running super antispyware pro  free edition for about a month.

I love it.  It actually proved itself tonight.

I’ve used  cyber defender in the past.   This is a better piece of software.

Following several problems with my laptop I was in need of urgent assistance to get to the bottom of the multiple virus and trojan infections that were present.

I came across an article written by Kelly about dealing with such problems while browsing for help online. I read the article which was very informative but being a novice in this area I needed a little more help. I posted a question at the bottom of the page regarding my problem which Kelly promptly replied to advising me to contact her personally which I did.

I have to say, I am very impressed. With Kelly’s help, not only did we get to the bottom of the problems, with multiple infections and evasive trojan horse viruses, but Kelly responded promptly to the information I was sending every day for well over a week! Never have I come across someone so willing to help, giving up their own time for someone they do not know, but at no point did I feel that Kelly was losing patience with me or that there was ever any sign of giving up. Selflessness at its best!

It is very frustrating when computers go wrong but with angels like Kelly around, who really knows her stuff, it’s not so disheartening and no longer did it feel like the end of the world to me.

Thanks to Kelly, my laptop is now good as new and I can get on with my work. Thank you Kelly for being an absolute star I couldn’t have done this without you :)
