Welcome to our site

Welcome to EazyAntiSpyware website!

We provide extensive information about hot antispyware products, Windows security, Internet data protection and safe PC usage.

Our educational articles will help you to decide on what antispyware protection you need, whether free or paid, will teach you how to distinguish between fake, poor and high-quality security software, how to avoid downloading potentially dangerous programs, what stands behind a "free" scan and much more.

Our PC Security experts keep an eye on current events taking place in the world of anti spyware solutions, and pick up most promising software for 2-cycle testing to find out which programs really deliver. This ensures each software gets as unbiased review as possible.

2-cycle testing involves on-demand scan of a directory with a number of malicious files, files containing entries of malware, etc. Additionally, a malware-infected system is scanned and repaired with each tested antispyware program to see how well it performs against real-life spyware disaster.

[October 25, 2011]

We added two articles to our new section 'Help Guides' (part of EazyAntiSpyware blog).

[August 14, 2011]

Last week SUPERAntiSpyware launched its fifth release! After a long period of beta-testing, this new version has been presented to the public with redesigned interface and an array of updates and enhancements. We at EazyAntiSpyware have long been waiting for this milestone, and the first part of the SUPERAntiSpyware v5.0 review is available in our Reviews section.

[July 11, 2011]

For a limited time several articles published on EazyAntiSpyware will be featuring a bunch of social bookmarking buttons. Depending on how our valuable readers accept this add-on, we may expand this option to remaining articles and reviews.

We've just got an email from GFI (a company that had acquired Sunbelt) stating that they're about to cease support for Sunbelt CounterSpy Antispyware. This is sad news as this powerful antispyware has been one of the highest regarded among IT pros for years. Well, they're pushing an integrated solution instead called VIPRE that includes both antivirus and antispyware engines (with a firewall on top) so this move is pretty obvious from marketing perspective. However, we like the idea of building PC security using stand-alone solutions from different makers, and the more separate products are available, the better for PC owners. We'll miss Sunbelt CounterSpy.

We have chosen WordPress platform to build our new blog. There, we'll be publishing spyware removal guides for specific infections as well as 'teasers' of software reviews. EazyAntiSpyware blog will be open to users' comments and discussions. We've temporarily removed the Weblog link from navigation menu, it will be placed back as soon as we tweak the design and add a bunch of posts.

We've just received an email from Mike Duncan about soon-to-be-released SUPERAntiSpyware v5.0. Being more than content with v4 we can't wait to review the final build of the newest edition. EazyAntiSpyware will post the review here, so stay tuned!
